Thanks to its 30,000 sq.m of park it is surrounded by lush unspoilt vegetation. It is ideal for those who wish to spend peaceful holidays, but at the same time be near the facilities of the town of Bellagio, where chaos is not at home. You can enjoy a wonderful lake view from any position. At the bottom of a flight of stairs only 300 m away is a pebble beach used only by residence guests. The RESIDENCE is also unique. It has 4 different sized flats all with different characteristics from the furnishing to the colours. Each one has a table, chairs, deckchairs and a beach umbrella on the porch. 		RESIDENZA ANTICA DIMORA The residence is situated in Pescau, a romantic and charming hamlet in Lezzeno that spreads out directly on the lake, at 23km away from the charming town of Como and just 7km away from Bellagio, the famous 'pearl of Lario', well known in the world for its beautiful location, situated between the green of the mountains and the blue of the lake and surrounded by wonderful blossoming gardens. This small hamlet, set in a wonderful panoramic position just in front of Comacina Island is very peaceful characterized by narrow alleys and fascinating houses and it is right in this scenery that the residence Antica Dimora is located. The building that has been recently renewed is composed of three apartments two of which are rented as holiday homes. Nearby you can enjoy romantic walks through the park of villa Citterio, arriving down to the dock, admiring the breathtaking landscape where the green of the mountains and the gardens joins together with the blue colour of the water in perfect harmony. The whole lake front here is very picturesque and relaxing. In Lezzeno you can visit the Sactuary of Saint Anne with its� baroque facade and the frescos dating back to the 18th century and the Church of the SS. Quirico and Giulitta, containing a large frescoes of the painter G. Quaglio, who came from the Intelvi Valley. It is worth taking a boat trip to see the Grotta dei Bulberi or the Grotta Azzurra, caves famous for the coloured effects the sunlight has on them. Not far from the residence is the public boat landing stage where boats and hydrofoils take you to the many towns and villages that scatter the length of Lake Como. The lakeside road also gives you easy access to nearby Bellagio and the other neighbouring towns (there is a bus stop on the main road, 5 minutes away). The American actor Brad Pitt recently bought a wonderful villa here right on the lake, where he comes with his Hollywood friend George Clooney to spend long holiday periods away from the spotlights and chaos of Los Angeles. If you decide to spend a holiday at Bellagio, you risk bumping into celebrities from the world of football, show business and fashion at the baker's or newsagents. George Clooney recently declared in the American press and on television that he loves Lake Como and has rediscovered him and the values he believes in, in the beautiful lake scenery. The residence is everything we have said up to now. It is just over a kilometre from the centre of Bellagio, and surrounded by the colours of its 1200 sq.m of well tended gardens. We are about 200 m away from the lake and from 3 pebble beaches only frequented by residence guests. There is a restaurant and a shop 200 m away which sells tobacco, newspapers and grocery goods. It is ideal for those who wish to spend peaceful holidays, but at the same time be near the facilities of the village of Bellagio. The residence is itself also unique and consists of five very large flats (100/200 sq.m) with different layouts. Each flat has a table with garden chairs, deckchairs and a beach umbrella in the garden. They are tastefully furnished with top quality furnishings, with pale relaxing colours similar to those of the lake landscape. There is a dishwasher, satellite TV, hairdryer and washing machine in each flat. Shared ice machine available. All flats have fairly good lake views. The climate is mild in the winter and cool in the summer. It is an excellent place for setting out on trips on the lake and in the green valleys through the surrounding mountains.
