Thanks to its 30,000 sq.m of park it is surrounded by lush unspoilt vegetation. It is ideal for those who wish to spend peaceful holidays, but at the same time be near the facilities of the town of Bellagio, where chaos is not at home. You can enjoy a wonderful lake view from any position. At the bottom of a flight of stairs only 300 m away is a pebble beach used only by residence guests. The RESIDENCE is also unique. It has 4 different sized flats all with different characteristics from the furnishing to the colours. Each one has a table, chairs, deckchairs and a beach umbrella on the porch.
