| The Residence I Pini Marittimi is at Griante-Cadenabbia, one of the most beautiful parts of the lake This area, called "Tremezzina", is made even more agreeable by its microclimate: both the summer and winter seasons are very appealing, with mild temperatures for 10 months a year.
Several world famous celebrities have villas here (Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Versace, etc.).
The American actor Brad Pitt recently bought a wonderful villa here right on the lake, where he comes with his Hollywood friend George Clooney to spend long holiday periods away from the spotlights and chaos of Los Angeles. If you decide to spend a holiday at Griante, you will risk to bump into celebrities from the world of football, show business and fashion at the baker's or newsagent's. George Clooney recently declared in the American press and on television that he loves Lake Como and has rediscovered himself and the values he believes in, in the beautiful lake scenery. You can take ferries from here to all other lake locations, nearby Como and the noble Lugano with its casinos which liven up the night life. It is ideal for those who wish to spend a peaceful holiday in a beautiful place near the beach, but above all near the most important Renaissance villas on the lake: Villa Carlotta, Villa d'Este, Villa Balbianello, Villa Melzi, Villa Cipressi, Villa Monastero and Villa Olmo.
The residence is a complex of 5 flats in 2 houses, 2 of which are rented as holiday homes. Apartment GRA100 is situated in one house on the ground floor, while GRA102 is situated one the first floor of the other building next door. The other flats are used by the owners, who are particularly hospitable and helpful.
You can sunbathe beside the swimming pool (8 x 4 m), where there is an equipped solarium with deckchairs, gazebo, table and garden chairs, which the guests and owners may freely use. The flat on the ground floor has the garden around the house. The other one on the first floor uses the garden and solarium surrounding the swimming pool. All the flats have a wonderful view of the lake and Bellagio. The old town centre is about 500 m away, with shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
There is a white beach with pool about 200 m away.

Privacy is still respected here, unlike in other places. The area has not been invaded by mass tourism and this makes Lake Como and Bellagio absolutely unique. RESIDENCE BELLAGIO is everything we have said up to now. It is just 2 km away from the centre of Bellagio and surrounded by a luxuriant vegetation. Thanks to its 30,000 sq.m of park it is surrounded by lush unspoilt vegetation.
It is ideal for those who wish to spend peaceful holidays, but at the same time be near the facilities of the town of Bellagio, where chaos is not at home. | Set in Gravedona, one of the most important centers of the north part of Lake Como, this residence i 200 meters away from the beach, and it is next to the beach with two pools, in a position of absolute tranquillity. Recently built, immersed in an enchanting scenery, it is composed of 4 studio apartments and a two-room apartment on the ground floor and 3 two-room apartments on the first floor, all of them equipped with every comfort. A 2500 mt garden offers shade and a panoramic view. Lovely solarium with swimming pool (11x5) immersed amid rich vegetation in pleasant surroundings where peace and quiet reign supreme. There is also a small pool for children (3m x 3m). A barbecue is also provided. Car park inside the property. Laundry room available for all the apartments. Bycicle rental available. Its position, 500 meters from the centre and from the equipped beach La Serenella, allows long and romantic walks on the lake-front path and moments of unique relax. In the playground for children, immersed among the trees, you can enjoy a pleasant breeze. From the beach, which is divided by the river Liro that splits the town in two parts, a path extends for around 2,5 kms. up to the town of Dongo. Particularly suitable for sport lovers, the town offers the sporting centre with tennis courts, soccer fields, bike lanes, sport paths. Many restaurants offer typical dishes. For young people there are discos and pubs. During the summer evenings there are a lot of cultural events like the party of the Lake on 14th August with the traditional boats and fireworks on the lake.

The house is made of two independent apartments that enjoy both a lovely view on the lake. Guests can relax in the garden where they will find sun beds, table and chairs and a small swimming pool 5m x 3m providing lots of fun for children!
It’s an ideal place for people who is looking for a relaxing holiday and is also a good starting point for mountain excursions and for trekking
You can enjoy many walks departing from the carriage road to the higher hamlets, discovering lovely views of undisturbed natural scenery and for those who love hiking can set out on many mountain excursions and choosing from the variety of trekking routes that this area offers.
The rifugio La Canua '(1500 m) is just at 20 minutes by car and one-hour walk. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view over the lake and the surrounding mountains.
In two minutes by car you can reach Cremia’s lake front, with a nice beach, a pretty harbour and a well-equipped wind surf school offering different courses and the possibility to rent various kinds of equipment. In fact Thanks to its ideal location and to the "Breva" (the southerly thermal wind that is at its best here), this area is appreciated by water sport lovers who can practice all types of water sports from windsurfing to kitesurfing, boat sailing or canoa. It's also possible to rent nearby motor or sailing boats.
From Menaggio that is only a few kilometres away you can easily reach by car or public transport Varenna, Bellagio and Lugano in Switzerland, while for the golfers the renowned Menaggio and Cadenabbia Golf Club is only nearby.

| Residenza Villa Le Magnolie is a wonderful antique residence restored and transformed into six indepndent apartments that are rented as holiday homes, situated in a sunny location, at 150 meters from the coastal road close to the beach and the lake, in Domaso on the beautiful northern shore of Lake Como. The property, almost entirely preserved in its original form outside, opens on a courtyard with private parking space for each apartment; green area and stairs leading to the residence. Lovely solarium with swimming pool (10x5) at the back of the residence immersed amid rich vegetation in pleasant surroundings where peace and quiet reign supreme. A barbecue is also provided. Time flies here, and guests may relax while sunbathing on comfortable sun beds or reading under the shade of a parasol. The tree blossoms, exuding a particularly inebriating scent in the spring and in September, are delightful. Domaso’s centre with its busy harbour, shops, bakeries and restaurants is reachable within walking distance (300m). The harbour is connected with boats and hydrofoils of navigation to the main towns of the lake.
Domaso is considered to be one of the most important centres for water sports like windsurf or sailing thanks to the mild weather the lake's breeze called "Breva". The village offers many sport opportunities: tennis-courts, football-grounds, fitness centre, windsurf and water-skiing schools. Domaso offers also a wide beach and a panoramic lakeside boardwalk. For young people who look for some nightlife there are several pubs, bars and restaurants.

It can be an ideal starting point for beautiful walks and excursion routes, or for visiting the s sumptuous villas of the central lake area, better known as Tremezzina. Besides the most famous one, Villa Carlotta, that represents a perfect combination of a luxurious interior and a luxuriant exterior with over 500 species of plants and trees from all over the world, stand Villa La Quiete and Villa La Carlia, located on a hill featuring a lovely elegant staircase.

The farmhouse is situated at only 700m away from the lake and from the town centre of Tremezzo, tourist resort situated on the western shore of the lake, in front of Bellagio and just a few kilometres away from Menaggio, overlooking the centre lake. It is characterized by its picturesque hamlets, first of all Rogaro with its narrow streets; where you can visit the Oratory of the B.V of Einsiedeln, a Baroque church which has a carved statue of the Black Madonna.
Not far away from the old square are the ruins of a medieval tower that testimony the involvement of Tremezzo in the defence system to help the Isola Comacina.
Mountain paths branch off from the hamlets of Rogaro and Brughée leading to the Nava, Monte Crocione and San Martino mountains on Griante, from where you can enjoy one of the most breathtaking views of Lake Como.
Thanks to the lovely panoramic views that Tremezzo offers, some scenes of the film Star wars were filmed here. This area is particularly visited by thousands of tourists every year.
For those who like walking we recommend the “Greenway del Lago”, a wonderful walk along the lake discovering villas, gardens, Roman findings, quaint villages, restaurants, old Italian architecture, and expansive views. You can do the entire walk in one go in about 3 hours and a half, or if you prefer stop and continue with public transport. The whole Greenway is 10.5 km going through the villages of Colonno, Sala Comacina, Ossuccio, Lenno, Mezzegra, Tremezzo and Griante
