The detached Chalet Belvedere has a spectacular panoramic view over the lake. It is located in a park (about 3000 sq.m) with another four villas all fenced in. The chalet has a terraced plot next to the house and a 30 sq.m terrace just above it with garden furniture, deckchairs and a wonderful lake view. The centre of Bellano with shops, bars, restaurants, grocery shops, sports facilities and beach is about 2 km away. The flat is decorated with pale pleasant colours and is absolutely peaceful: ideal for a romantic couple.
To reach the house you need to leave the car parked near the park entrance gate and walk up a 30 m flight of steps. Animals are not allowed.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT
One room apartment with living room/bedroom/bathroom, about 35 sqm. Double bed with wardrobe, dining table, TV-SAT and fireplace. Kitchen with stove and 4 burners. Bathroom with shower-WC. Bed and kitchen linen provided. Towels must be brought. Consumptions included in the price. Final cleaning 35,00€. Heating must be paid at the chalet in regard to consumption (1,30€/litre). Animals not allowed. Safety deposit 200,00€.

BELLANO - Lake Como

Bellano (3300 inhabitants) is located on the eastern shore of Lake Como. Colico is 15 Km north, Varenna 5 km south. This small town, not yet known by the tourism of mass, is surrounded by a lovely landscape and characterized by beautiful lakeside walks. The old town centre is characterized by tight alleys where hardly the sun filters, medieval houses, arches that date back to the 17th century and Baroque courts. From the old town centre go up until you find the spot where the Pioverna stream forms the Orrido, a gorge dug in the rocks, formed more than 15 million years ago and in the past used to exploit to iron. Today it can be visited passing through narrow hanging passages. You can enjoy a lovely scenery walking on the lakefront path, where we also find a beachfront concession and a few pebble beaches. There are also two trekking paths with panoramic view that lead you in Valsassina. Of remarkable interest it is also the visit to Premana, a village 21km away, famous for the handicrafts from where you can admire a beautiful view over the whole lake.
