Casa Vista Romantica is located in Lenno, a lovely small village on the western side of the lake Como, rich of history and charm that boasts a beautiful lakefront facing the Gulf of Venere appreciated from TV-music and fashion personalities like Eros Ramazzotti, George Clooney, and the Versace family. Besides the landscape beauties Lenno has several monuments and archaeological sites dated back to the Roman and Barbarian age.
The house, completely renewed is built on three levels connected by two wooden staircases, one of which is a spiral staircase. It has a pretty garden with table, chairs and sun beds, where you can sunbathe and absorb the relaxed atmosphere that this beautiful place offers.
There is also a barbecue outside where you can enjoy also an al fresco lunch or dinner during the hot summer months overlooking the lake.
The interiors of the houses create an enchanting atmosphere providing comfort, intimacy and romanticism. The house is situated 800 meters away from the town centre where you can find a selection of bars, restaurants and shops and from the Lenno’s Lido, one of the nicest and most popular beaches of Lake Como. If you decide to spend a holiday at Lenno you could bump into famous personalities when you go shopping or simply while walking around the market!!
The most beautiful villas, first from all Villa Balbianello spread out in this part of the lake called Tremezzina. Villa Balbianello holds a fantastic position with views up and down the lake, with its gardens that are extraordinarily beautiful and its loggia that are absolutely worth a visit! A number of feature films have used the villa for location shooting, including Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones and the last 007 Casino Royale.
The house is just 100meters away from the Abbey of the Acquafredda, situated in the high part of Lenno dominating the whole village. From here you can reach through a safe mule track the Abbey of S. Benedict in Val Perlana, founded around the year 1080 within a two hour-walk.
For those who like walking we recommend the “Greenway del Lago”, a wonderful walk along the lake discovering villas, gardens, Roman findings, quaint villages, restaurants, old Italian architecture, and expansive views. You can do the entire walk in one go in about 3 hours and a half, or if you prefer stop and continue with public transport. The whole Greenway is 10.5 km going through the villages of Colonno, Sala Comacina, Ossuccio, Lenno, Mezzegra, Tremezzo and Griante. The port of Lenno is connected with boats and hydrofoils of navigation to the main towns of the lake.

Portion of house of around 80 sqm completely renewed built on three levels : On the ground floor there is the living room with sofa, kitchen with stove, 4 ring burners and oven; a wooden staircase takes you the to the upper level: double sofa bed and a single bed, a large wall-wardrobe and another wardrobe with TV and stereo; a big bathroom with bath tub and shower and closet; through a spiral staircase you go up the second floor where there is a double bedroom, with wardrobe with sliding doors, a bathroom with shower and wc. Wooden furniture.
Cellar. Washing mashine. Bed linen and kitchenware included. Towels are to be brought or can be rented upon request (€5 per person). Gas and electricity consumptions included in the price. Heating to be paid in regard to consumption. Final cleaning €50. Small pets allowed: €25 per animal per stay.
TOWN OF LENNO Lenno is located in a deep inlet of the western bank of Lake Como, in one of the most fascinating parts of the lake called “Tremezzina”, renowned for its luxuriant vegetation and its calm waters. It is possible to set out excursions to visit the sumptuous Villa Balbianello one of the most beautiful villas of the lake, located on a rocky promontory, or for mountain lovers excursions up to Mountain Tremezzo (1700m) Lenno was founded by the Greek farmers that were called by Giulio Cesare to repopulate the banks of the lake, the name of the inhabited area drift, in fact, from the chief town of the homonym Aegean islet of Lennos. Not fare from the village we find Giulino, where the morning of April 28th 1945, Benito Mussolini and Claretta Petacci were shot by the colonel Valerio in the Street XXIV Maggio.
