Pretty apartment located inside an antique court in the old town centre of Argegno, centre with its stone houses very close to each other and gathered all around the river Telo’s banks.
Argegno is only 15km away from the city of Como and has become a popular destination for tourists who can enjoy all the activities and the beautiful landscape that the lake offers, starting from the Intelvi Valley that is easily reachable. Close by is the Pigra cable railway that in a few minutes can take you high above the lake for some breathtaking views.
All major routes are easily accessible by car, boat or bus. The village offers fun for young people thanks the many bars and clubs but at the same time is relaxing and quiet for families.
It has a lovely square on the lake front, with shops, restaurants, and cafés where you can sit by the lake and enjoy this wonderful landscape, There is also a lido with a grass beach, café, and pizzeria, a marina, a pretty old town centre and many natural surroundings that can be discovered.

Famous tourist centre, Argegno is situated in an ample inlet of the western side of Lake Como and has a mild climate also during the winter. The beautiful panoramic position offers the sight on the lake, from the promontory of Bellagio until Nesso.
Of Roman origin, it owes its name to the consul Publio Caesium Archigene. The suburb of Argegno was part of a defensive system that extended to the ancient villa of Lenno and to the island Comacina, in order to hinder the passage of the invaders.
The ancient suburb of the country is very picturesque and crossed by the stream Telo, it is separated in two parts connected by an old bridge. From Argegno you can reach Pigra (881 ms.), a mountain situated on a highland from which you can enjoy a beautiful sight on the lake. From here you can go on until the Valley of the Camoggia inside the oasis of Argegno-Cima della Duaria, which is a protected zone. From Argegno there is the road, which crosses the Valle d’ Intelvi and it comes around 15 minutes.
