Vista Panoramica is a pretty holiday home situated in the small village of Plesio, at 500m of altitude on the west side of the lake, at only 6km away from Menaggio, 30km from Lugano and 40km away from Como.
It occupies the ground floor of a private house and the helpful owners living above. The garden furnished with table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol enjoys a wonderful view of the centre of the lake.
Plesio is an ideal location for a quiet and relaxing holiday, immersed in nature. The surroundings offer an astonishing variety of historical and environmental sceneries and you can choose between many excursions you can make in the mountains.
The village of Plesio is 500m away from the property and has some small shops, a restaurant and pizzerias.

Vista Panoramica is an apartment of around 60 sqm situated on the ground floor. It is composed of independent entrance, living room with two sofas, TV-SAT, kitchen with stove with 4 ring burners, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer; dining area. Double bedroom with wardrobe and lovely lake view; bedroom with two single beds; bathroom with bath tub and washing machine. Garden with table and chairs. Car park in front of the house. Bed linen and kitchenware included. Consumption costs included in the price.

Menaggio is situated on the western shore of Lake Como at the point where the road bordering the western side of the lake and the road leading through the Menaggio Valley and Lugano meet.
The town is composed of the centre and three hamlets Loveno, Nobiallo and Croce.
Thanks to its central position among the lake and the mountains, this town is the ideal starting point for all kind of excursions. You can visit the beautiful villas with their lovely gardens by boat, or take the bus or car to discover the valleys with their rural settlements and small Romanesque churches and by foot or mountain bike you explore the trails of the Val Sanagra Park, which is constituted by the homonymous basin and is very interesting thanks to its natural almost intact aspect. Several paths lead to the sources of " troi" from where Chiarella takes its water. The itineraries of "Sentiero delle 4 Valli" and "Via dei Monti Lariani"are also worth to be mentioned.
The most common destination is Rifugio Menaggio, at 1400 m of altitude.
In Menaggio you can find the second oldest Golf Club in Italy, it also boasts a sports centre and a big lido with a large beach with two pools, restaurant and beach bar. The town also has a public beach, a lovely crazy golf located on the lakeside promenade and a children’s playground.

Comments	Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem hervorragendem Panorama, gute Ausstattung und Ruhe. Lediglich die sehr steile, serpentinenhafte Anfahrt zum Objekt ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, läßt sich aber meistern. Wir kommen mal wieder. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
