Set in Gravedona, one of the most important centers of the north part of Lake Como, this residence is 200 meters away from the beach, and it is next to the beach with two pools, in a position of absolute tranquillity. Recently built, immersed in an enchanting scenery, it is composed of 4 studio apartments and a two-room apartment on the ground floor and 3 two-room apartments on the first floor, all of them equipped with every comfort. A 2500 mt garden offers shade and a panoramic view. Lovely solarium with swimming pool (11x5) immersed amid rich vegetation in pleasant surroundings where peace and quiet reign supreme. There is also a small pool for children (3m x 3m). A barbecue is also provided. Car park inside the property. Laundry room available for all the apartments. Bycicle rental available. Its position, 500 meters from the centre and from the equipped beach La Serenella, allows long and romantic walks on the lake-front path and moments of unique relax. In the playground for children, immersed among the trees, you can enjoy a pleasant breeze. From the beach, which is divided by the river Liro that splits the town in two parts, a path extends for around 2,5 kms. up to the town of Dongo. Particularly suitable for sport lovers, the town offers the sporting centre with tennis courts, soccer fields, bike lanes, sport paths. Many restaurants offer typical dishes. For young people there are discos and pubs. During the summer evenings there are a lot of cultural events like the party of the Lake on 14th August with the traditional boats and fireworks on the lake.

Gravedona is one of the most important centres in the northern part of the Lake Como. lt is situatcd in an inlet at the mouth of the Valle del Liro opposite the peninsula of Piona and Monte Legnone.
It has a mild climate in the winter and refreshed by breezes during the summer.
In the Middle Age, Gravedona was a free Republic, also protected by its position between the lake and the mountains.
Over the centuries it has preserved its original urban plan, with the church area, the lakeside, and the old castle area. The town has conserved many historical and artistic tcstimonies of its past.
Located on a scenic bay, it has one of the most beautiful lakeside promenades of the entire Lake Como area
It offers good athletic facilities, a convenient pedestrian and bicycle path, beaches with public swimming pools, sports centre with tennis courts and football pitches.

Comments	Links die Berge, rechts der See, halb rechts der Pool, superfreundliche Vermieterin - klasse Urlaub. Zumal Supermarkt und gute Pizzeria auch noch in Laufweite sind. Besser geht es kaum. Danke Paola.

Comments	The units are new, clean and spacious. They are very well fit out, with full kitchen/dinning area which flows out onto a deck. They are not located on the lake front but very close to it and the views from the upstairs units over to the mountains are spectacular. The owners are very helpful friendly people and their son speaks very good english. Gravedonoa is a pretty village with great restaurants and 2 supermarkets within walking distance of the units. It is a good location if you are wanting to travel on to St Moritz.

Comments	New house and new apartments. very well equiped and clean. Nice big yard. Residence is app 400 m from the lake and not at the shore as it looks from the internet page. It takes time if you want to go to Como city or visit other cities in the south of the lake.
