Brand new residence with pool situated in Colico on the north east coast of Lake Como.
Here the warm weather is mitigated by cool lake breezes making Lake Como a perfect holiday resort. Enclosed by steep-sided mountains, the blue waters of Lake Como have for centuries attracted visitors, including important statesmen, artists, and nowadays many stars and Vips from all over the world own their private villa here where they like to spend their holidays. The residence is composed of 5 houses with four independent apartments each, all with private gardens or terraces with lake view and swimming pool with patio and panoramic lake views in a sunny and quiet position. Here you will be able to spend days of complete relaxation, sunbathing, swimming, or reading a book. The two apartments that are rented for holiday homes are located in the last house of the row and are modernly furnished providing every comfort for a perfect holiday at Lake Como (fully equipped kitchen, independent heating, tv-sat).
The residence is located at one km from the centre of Colico.

Ground floor apartment approx. 130 sqm composed of kitchen, bright living room with double sofa bed and sliding door windows, opening onto to a covered porch with table and chairs ideal for al fresco dining and private garden. Double bedroom and bathroom with bath tub. Basement level with double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed and fireplace and bathroom with shower. Double garage with direct access from the apartment. Shared pool and solarium available for the guests. Bed linen and kitchenware included. Consumption costs and final cleaning also included.

Colico is located on the north-eastern shore of Lake Como, at the feet of Legnone Mountain, (2609MT.) Colico is composed of the areas of of Villatico, Curcio, Laghetto and Olgiasca (Abbey of Piona)and has three main beaches, two of them are in Colico, the other one is in Piona. Within a short drive from Colico you can easily reach Valtellina, Lecco, Milan, San Moritz and Lugano. In Colico you can practise many water sports like windsurf ans sailing. There is a windsurf school where you can take lessons, rent surf boards and surf equippment. There are tennis courts, possibility to go horse riding, or rent mountain bikes. Colico is well connected to the eastern side of the lake by trains that run mostly every hour whereas you can reach all the major towns of the western side of lake by boat. From Colico you can set out for excursions in the mountains with or without tourist guide enjoying one of the most beautiful and original landscapes of the lake. Conquered by the Spaniards, Colico still preserves military forts that represent a must for tourists that come to visit Colico. It is also reccommended a walk on the lakefront and a stop in one of the cafes or restaurants of the main square that offer typical Italian dishes and local wine. In the areas of Curcio and Laghetto you can find the “CROTTI”, small restaurants built in the caves of the mountain

Comments	Super séjour pour famille avec 3 enfants. Bonne prestation, emplacement au calme, beau point de vue, acceuil sympa. Il manqurait juste quelques transats pour profiter pleinement de la terrasse et des couverts à salade, indispensables en été ! locaqtion à recommander.

Comments	Appartement très spacieux avec un grand jardin, très propre et très bien équipé, cependant assez bruyant car isolation un peu insuffisante (beaucoup de bruit de chaises, de portes et de pas tard le soir et tôt le matin) idéale pour séjour entre amis mais un peu difficile avec des enfants.

Comments	Spacious, clean. There could have been more furniture in downstairs living room. The apartment was hard to find because there wasn't any kind of name on the door. Also there was only one adapter to use kitchen appliances and tv.

Comments	We really Enjoyed our stay at Colico. The House was wonderful, everyone had their own personal space. We did not want to leave. The citizens of Colico are very friendly and the (transport) services provided at Colico are great.
