Villa delle Rose is situated in the village of Colico on the east bank of the lake, 10 km away from Domaso and 15 km away from Bellano.
It is a delightful place, and the villa is surrounded by a large garden about 2,400 sq.m where you can spend truly relaxing moments. The garden is well kept and surrounded by enormous ancient pines and bushes. It has shaded areas where you can fall asleep lulled by the rustling of the plants and the light lake breeze. It is completely fenced in and there is an electric gate at the entrance.
There is a barbecue in the garden and an ivy covered pergola where you can have lunch or a candlelit dinner and enjoy the lake view. There is garden furniture with deckchairs and garden chairs, a covered garage with space for two cars, and a yard for manoeuvres.
It’s the perfect holiday solution for a group of friends or for big families with children who can run around in the garden, play ball games and so on.
The Lido of Colico beach is 500 m away while the town centre with the main square is 800 m where there are all sorts of facilities.

Detached villa of 220 sq m composed of: 2 living rooms with 2 fireplaces, 2 kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on 2 communicating levels with an external staircase, therefore it has two independent apartments. On the first floor there is an apartment of about 120 sqm , on the ground floor there is an apartment of 100 sq m. Separate Club house with small kitchen and fireplace.
First floor: living room with dining room, sofa, fireplace, TV-SAT kitchen with oven, dishwasher and dining table. Two double bedrooms with wardrobe. A bedroom with 2 single beds with wardrobe. Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
On the ground floor: living room with fireplace and TV-SAT, double room and room with 2 single beds. Bath with shower.
Bed linen and kitchenware are provided. Costs for gas and electricity included in the price.

EXTRAS
Towels to be brought.
Heating in regard to consumption.
Pets allowed 50€ per pet per stay.
Final cleaning 150€ to be paid upon arrival.

Colico is located on the north-eastern shore of Lake Como, at the feet of Legnone Mountain, (2609MT.) Colico is composed of the areas of of Villatico, Curcio, Laghetto and Olgiasca (Abbey of Piona)and has three main beaches, two of them are in Colico, the other one is in Piona. Within a short drive from Colico you can easily reach Valtellina, Lecco, Milan, San Moritz and Lugano. In Colico you can practise many water sports like windsurf ans sailing. There is a windsurf school where you can take lessons, rent surf boards and surf equippment. There are tennis courts, possibility to go horse riding, or rent mountain bikes. Colico is well connected to the eastern side of the lake by trains that run mostly every hour whereas you can reach all the major towns of the western side of lake by boat. From Colico you can set out for excursions in the mountains with or without tourist guide enjoying one of the most beautiful and original landscapes of the lake. Conquered by the Spaniards, Colico still preserves military forts that represent a must for tourists that come to visit Colico. It is also reccommended a walk on the lakefront and a stop in one of the cafes or restaurants of the main square that offer typical Italian dishes and local wine. In the areas of Curcio and Laghetto you can find the “CROTTI”, small restaurants built in the caves of the mountain

Comments	Wir, ein ganzer Familienclan mit älteren,jüngeren und ganz kleinen Leuten, haben die Tage in der Villa sehr genossen.Der Garten ist sehr schön und gross, ideal für die Kinder.Bei nicht sehr schönem Wetter kann man es sich im Innern des Hauses sehr gemütlich machen mit den gut funktionierenden Cheminées.

Comments	We were three couples on holiday from Australia and found the Villa to be excellent for our needs. Walking distance to the beautiful village of Collico for fresh bread and shopping and a great base for touring the area. We had a wonderful week and would recommend this Villa and the area in general to anyone thinking of travelling to Italy.

Comments	Schöner Garten und Umgebung. Haus wie beschrieben. Allerdings könnte die Aufteilung der Räume besser sein. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Colico. Die Agentur und der Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Comments	La maison est parfaite pour accueillir une grande famille de 11 personnes, elle est propre, confortable .Les extérieurs sont également bien agencés afin que tout le monde puisse se restaurer ensemble( grande table de granit sous pergola végétale) et la cuisine d'été qui jouxte le garage permet également de manger ensemble a l'abri lorsqu'il y a des intempéries...Seul petit reproche, les plombs sautent facilement quand fonctionnent simultanémént le four, le lave vaisselle ou la machine à laver...

Comments	Wir sind jedes Jahr über den Vatertag, immer zwischen 8 und 10 Mann. Bisher immer super gelaufen und die Unterkünfte (bisher 2 verschiedene) entsprachen immer der Beschreibung. Waren jetzt dieses Jahr schon zum 2. Mal in CCO160 und werden wohl auch nächstes Jahr wieder dasselbe Buchen. Der Service per Mail und und telefonisch mit Sofia waren immer super. Also ich kann´s nur empfehlen!

Comments	7 of us stayed at Villa Delle Rosa for a week - friends and family - so there was plenty of space. We had a lovely holiday, the villa has some good views of the Lake and there were a few bars and a restaurant in the small village close by which were within walking distance. The small town of Colico is very picturesque and quiet which suited us and has plenty of places to eat and drink. There are boats to take you to different parts of the Lake and we took a drive into the Swiss Alps not far from St Moritz which was beautiful. The owner of the villa and the staff in the office were very helpful and everyone we met on our holiday were really friendly.
