Simona villa is a beautiful villa situated in the village of Colico, on the eastern side of the lake, at 10 km. from Domaso and 15 km. from Bellano. The place is truly charming and the position of the Villa, immerged in the green of the woodland and surrounded by the great garden of about 2000 mq., will let you spend moments of true tranquillity and relax.
Originally it was a rural house renewed then it became a wonderful chalet with the typical stone walls of the lake, finely furnished.
From the porch you can admire the splendid panorama of the Piona bay and the blue and green colours of the surrounding wild nature, of the sky and the mountains.
In this idylliac landscape in the heart of the nature, you can relax listening to the sound of the stream that flows near the villa and rediscover yourself feeling new energy. The villa is at about 2 km. away from the centre, where you can find every kind of facilities, newspapers and tobaccos, bar, pizzerie and restaurants.

The villa is about 120m2 and with its stone walls (50cm thick) is a cool place also in the warmest hours of the day. It is on 2 levels and it is surrounded by a garden of approx. 2000 m2.
On the ground floor: bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with large fireplace, covered porch with panoramic view equipped with table and benches.
On the second floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 small bedroom with bunk bed and a second bathroom with bath.
The furnishing is in farmhouse style in wood and of high quality.
Parking place next to the house. Kitchenware and bed linen included. Bath towels must be brought. Consumptions of light, water and gas included. Final cleaning 100€ to be paid upon arrival. Heating 50€ a week. Pets are not allowed.

Colico is located on the north-eastern shore of Lake Como, at the feet of Legnone Mountain, (2609MT.) Colico is composed of the areas of of Villatico, Curcio, Laghetto and Olgiasca (Abbey of Piona)and has three main beaches, two of them are in Colico, the other one is in Piona. Within a short drive from Colico you can easily reach Valtellina, Lecco, Milan, San Moritz and Lugano. In Colico you can practise many water sports like windsurf ans sailing. There is a windsurf school where you can take lessons, rent surf boards and surf equippment. There are tennis courts, possibility to go horse riding, or rent mountain bikes. Colico is well connected to the eastern side of the lake by trains that run mostly every hour whereas you can reach all the major towns of the western side of lake by boat. From Colico you can set out for excursions in the mountains with or without tourist guide enjoying one of the most beautiful and original landscapes of the lake. Conquered by the Spaniards, Colico still preserves military forts that represent a must for tourists that come to visit Colico. It is also reccommended a walk on the lakefront and a stop in one of the cafes or restaurants of the main square that offer typical Italian dishes and local wine. In the areas of Curcio and Laghetto you can find the “CROTTI”, small restaurants built in the caves of the mountain

Comments	The location is without any doubt marvelous ! What a beautiful view over the lake and mountains. The house is new and well maintained. Easy to reach (once you've found the correct way) and it is very quiet. There is a lot off stuff (from the owners I guess) off which it is probably not the point off using it, but is very welcome in case you might have forgotten , for e.g. , a sweater. Lot's of books of North Italy etc. etc. . Only thing we couldn't do anything with was the wood burner. Apparently is is a pellets stove but there are no pellets (at least I didn't found any). And I would not have been able to use it anyway I guess. But the house is absolutely worth the money !
