		The recently built Residence Leone consists of 34 flats with top quality furnishings, all equipped with dishwashers and satellite TV. It is completely fenced in and surrounded by the lower Val d'Intelvi countryside. It is located 1.5 km from the centre of Argegno and 15 km from Como. The climate is mild in the winter and cool in the summer. It is an excellent place for setting out trips on the lake and to the Valle d'Intelvi countryside. From the residence, you can enjoy a beautiful view of one of the most spectacular parts of the lake. Argegno is a delightful village on Lake Como, rich in history and charm. It is appreciated by several world famous celebrities, who have villas here (Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Versace, etc.). The American actor Brad Pitt recently bought a wonderful villa here right on the lake, where he comes with his Hollywood friend George Clooney to spend long holiday periods away from the spotlights and chaos of Los Angeles. If you decide to spend a holiday at Lenno, you risk to bump into celebrities from the world of football, show business and fashion at the bakers or newsagents. George Clooney recently declared in the American press and on television that he loves Lake Como and has rediscovered himself and the values he believes in, in the beautiful lake scenery. 		Residence Bellagio
		RESIDENCE BELLAGIO is in Bellagio, known as the pearl of lake Como by Americans and English, who are both habitués of these beautiful places, still for the most part unknown. Privacy is still respected here, unlike in other places. The area has not been invaded by mass tourism and this makes Lake Como and Bellagio absolutely unique. RESIDENCE BELLAGIO is everything we have said up to now. It is just 2 km away from the centre of Bellagio and surrounded by a luxuriant vegetation. Thanks to its 30,000 sq.m of park it is surrounded by lush unspoilt vegetation. It is ideal for those who wish to spend peaceful holidays, but at the same time be near the facilities of the town of Bellagio, where chaos is not at home. You can enjoy a wonderful lake view from any position. At the bottom of a flight of stairs only 300 m away is a pebble beach used only by residence guests. The RESIDENCE is also unique. It has 4 different sized flats all with different characteristics from the furnishing to the colours. Each one has a table, chairs, deckchairs and a beach umbrella on the porch. 		RESIDENCE IL CASALE PONCIA - Gravedona
		Set in Gravedona, one of the most important centers of the north part of Lake Como, this residence is 200 meters away from the beach, and it is next to the beach with two pools, in a position of absolute tranquillity. Recently built, immersed in an enchanting scenery, it is composed of 4 studio apartments and a two-room apartment on the ground floor and 3 two-room apartments on the first floor, all of them equipped with every comfort. Its position, 500 meters from the centre and from the equipped beach La Serenella, allows long and romantic walks on the lake-front path and moments of unique relax. From the beach, which is divided by the river Liro that splits the town in two parts, a path extends for around 2,5 kms. up to the town of Dongo. For young people there are discos and pubs. During the summer evenings there are a lot of cultural events like the party of the Lake on 14th August with the traditional boats and fireworks on the lake.

		A lovely brand new residence located in Borgo Verginate, just 5 minutes drive up the hill from Bellano, on the eastern coast of Lake Como. Passed the village of Oro, just 2 minutes away from another accommodation of ours, Chalet Vinicia, you will reach this lovely country house transformed in 5 independent apartments arranged on three floors with a lovely communal garden with olive trees from where you can enjoy the stunning view of the lake below (approx 3 km away) and the surrounding mountain scenery. To reach the residence there is 30m of non asphalted road. It is ideally situated for mountain hiking and biking; the surroundings offer an astonishing variety of historical and environmental sceneries and you can choose between many excursions you can make in the mountains; the main path is the “Sentiero del Viandante” - an antique way from Lecco to Switzerland, where you can take in panoramic, botanical and geological views of the lake. This hillside retreat is the perfect place to have a quiet and relaxed vacation for those of you who want to escape city and enjoy this paradise of tranquillity and relaxation. Bellano is around 3 km away, with bar cafés, restaurants and a beautiful lake front. You can take the ferry to Bellagio or Menaggio at Varenna, about 5 km away.
