Casa Piturina was built at the end of the nineteenth century. It is in a very peaceful hamlet called Campagnano, about 800 m from the centre of the village with bars, restaurants and beach. The local people, seeing her standing there in front of her easel with a paint brush in her hand, gave her the nickname the Piturina (lady painter in local dialect). Musso is an old fishing village. Villa Barbara is in the village of Colico on the east bank of the lake, 10 km from Domaso and 15 km from Bellano. Piona Abbey is nearby, where grey friars have been producing liqueurs and herbal medicines known throughout Italy for their healing powers for more than 150 years. There are 4 independent apartments on three floors, all can be rented in the summer. Recently built, it offers a completely new furnishing and every apartment has independent entry and a private garden of around 100 mqs. The villa has an excellent view of the renowned Baia di Piona. The house is 2 km from the centre, where there are all sorts of services. 250 m away there is a baker's, newsagent's, tobacconist's, bar, 2 pizzerias, several restaurants and a grocer's. It is an excellent place for setting out on trips to the mountains and the Colico "Montecchi" (mountainous peninsulas from which you can admire the lake undisturbed and in complete silence). The splendid Baia di Piona beach is 600 m away. There is a well-equipped booth on the beach which hires out deckchairs and beach chairs, and you can rent pedalos for trips around the bay. Lido di Colico beach is 2 km away, where you may hire a hut for the deckchairs. The bar-restaurant and pizzeria serve excellent salads and fresh summer dishes. There is also a windsurfing and kitesurfing school on the Lido, with courses for beginners and experts.

The RESIDENCE VILLAGGIO VERDE overlooks the splendid Baia di Piona, an area known throughout Italy for its abbey where grey friars have lived for over 150 years, producing liqueurs and herbal medicines. Only 50 m away is the splendid beach of Baia di Piona, with a well equipped booth which hires out deckchairs, beach chairs and pedalos for trips around the bay. The long summer evening sunset over the bay is quite spectacular. The residence is in a camp site surrounded by lush vegetation, which offers several services:
bar, grocery, flood-lit tennis court, children's playground, launderette, ping pong, bowling green, pizzeria and restaurant. The residence was renovated in 2002, and is in a wonderful location near the beach. It is ideal for surfers and yachtsmen, and you can go for relaxing walks in the mountains or charming boat trips on the lake. It is also a base for excursions on Monte Legnone with various stops in the several rural tourist facilities there and horseback excursions with overnight stopovers in the mountain huts below the peak.
There are parking places inside the residence. Animals are not allowed. There is a white beach about 200 m away.

The Residenza Villa Contessa di Brentano is in an extremely peaceful place. It has 2000 sq.m of garden, equipped with garden chairs, tables and deckchairs. It has an excellent view which reaches as far as the Bellagio peninsular and the surrounding mountains. It was the old residence of the Countess, who loved to spend her holidays here at the end of the XVIII century. You can enjoy a wonderful panorama from the heated swimming pool (12 X 5.5 m). Each flat overlooks the pool and has an excellent view of the lake. You can have lunch or sunbathe on the terraces without going down to the swimming pool, which is lit up at night, thus creating an unforgettable scene and atmosphere. Nine flats of various sizes are available, all fully equipped with hydromassage tubs or showers, dishwashers, microwave ovens, telephones, satellite TV, safes, laundry service with tumble dryers, sauna, aroma therapy and hydromassage.

The residence has a wonderful position with a splendid view of Lake Como and in particular of Bellagio. This residence of around 30.000 sqm is built right in front of the lake. The residence is composed by 7 independant buildings that are built starting off from the lake and going up to the highest point which is 70 m high. In this last area there is a 130 sqm heated swimming pool (15x7 X 1,80h) for adults and (6x7x45h)for children. In this area there are sunbeds, tables, chairs and umbrellas. The bar and restaurant can seat up to 120 people with typical and international food. A bar is being organised where you can have a quick meal at a good price. There are 50 apartments of different kinds, all with TV-SAT, telephone, private garden or terrace. The furniture is of high quality and very comfortable. The prices are ALL INCLUSIVE (bed and kitchen linen, electricity, heating, final cleaning). Bath linen must be brought or can be rented (3 per person per week). Every apartment has on its terrace a small table and chairs where you can have lunch or dinner enjoying a nice sunset. The apartments that have a small yard and covered terrace also have sunbeds. You can take wonderful walks in the park where you can smell the delightful plants and flowers which surround it. The public beach is about 150 m. away. There is a laundry room where there are washing machines and tumbledryers that can be used by inserting a coin. Beach towels can be rented at the price of 3,00. There is a parking inside the structure with our guardian.
The centre of Colico is about 5 km away with 4 public beaches, with many bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, supermarkets and shops, a dock for boats, pubs and discos. There are musical shows, cabaret, shows for children and animation from June to September in the near town of Colico. This is everything you need to spend a relaxing and interesting holiday.
